In my case it was a little different with me being out of town quite a bit during this process and Diana was able to work with me on keeping in good contact with both sides of this transaction so that it went as smooth as possible. The few unrealistic deadlines that did come up, Diana was able to convince the sellers group for more time since I was not able to provide the documents right away.
